I love to consult the moon phase to help me tune into the current natural energy, it's so helpful to keep you in tune with nature and cycles and understand how these things affect your day to day life, creativity and relationships.
I can always feel the energy rise when a full moon is coming, and the need to rest when a new moon is on its way.
Personally though, I love a new moon! New ideas, new plans and promises. It gets my creative juices flowing!
It's also helpful to know the astrological sign that the moon is travelling in, for extra insight. I use an app called My Moon Phase that is so useful!
